What to bring for 7 Days Everest view family trek.
Everest trekking region is one of well developed trekking areas in Nepal. There are number of good lodges and hotels managed by trained locals offering different local and continental foods around. They offer you good and clean enough rooms with clean bed sheets and blankets. Many trekkers don’t mind sleeping without their own sleeping bags. But we recommend you to bring your own sleeping bag good for at least -10 degree Celsius. 7 days Everest view family trek requires water proof hiking shoes. No matter what brand but must be strong enough and well made one. Pair of polarizing sun glasses, backpack and backpack cover to protect from rain and dust, head torch with spare batteries and 2 X water bottle is not to forget.
