If it is so, then physically unfit has no chance to view breathtaking views of the Himalayas. There is no one in the world who is unfit. Every one of us is totally fit. You actually need to be mentally fit to trek in any trekking regions in Nepal. You can do any Base Camps if you are mentally ready to push up your physicality. You are the best doctor in the world for your body. You are only one to understand the real status and stamina of your body properly. Your bodily problems will be found on the base of what you report to the doctor. That will be the first stage for them to start the research on you. Actually interest and determination matters for every task to be carried on for everyone in life. So, take it easy and get ready everybody for hiking to the Himalayas. Many of their friends who never returned home because they disappeared in avalanches while coming or going from Nar to Tibet or vice versa. I did all these when I was there for the first time in nar phu valley.
